- 1 scrambled egg

- Oil a 20 cm pan
- Mix the raisins, the cranberry, the almonds, the orange peels, the sugar and the spices together.
- Add 0.75 off the egg and a bit milk to the mixture
- Turn on the oven on 160c
- Put into the mixer the flour, then the batter and baking powder, then the water. all while the mixer is on.
